Join thousands of glamorous dogs and their fabulous owners at the 10th annual IVHS "Furry Tale Come True" Dog Walk on Saturday, May 21st, 2011.Walk a scenic 1, 2 or 3-mile route through Bonelli Park in San Dimas to support the animals of the Inland Valley Humane Society & S.P.C.A. This is a fun-filled opportunity to participate in the coolest event of the year! From 7:30 am to 12:00 pm, you will be entertained with games and activities for your dog, sponsor booths, a Vendor Village filled with dozens of bow-wow pet Boutiques, breed rescue groups and pet information booths, as well as enjoy a morning of live music , pancake breakfast, so much more! The annual IVHS dog walk is the biggest pet walk in the Inland Valley and we want to see you there! Everyone can take part, even if you don't have a pet to walk! You can choose to walk alone or form a team. A team is a group of 3 or more people who raise individually pledges that are reflected in their group's total. You can gather your friends, family, co-workers, fellow dog-park members, anyone to form a team and walk together! You can register online and create your very own fundraising web page, which you can email to all your friends and family to solicit their support. All the raised by this event will go directly to the animals at the Inland Valley Humane Society. Plus, the more pledges you raise, the more prizes you (and your pooch) earn! Grand prizes will be awarded to adult and children who raise the most pledges. Encourage your family and friends to sponsor you by collecting pledges and bringing them with you the day of the event.
