GoldenFest at the Point promises to be an uplifting, interesting, fun and educational event at the stunning Historic Spanish Point. While the day is intended to benefit Golden Retriever Rescue of Southwest Florida, an all volunteer charity, this event is one related to all aspects of animal life and care. There will be a myriad of animal related vendors, demonstrations, advisers, and healthcare professionals there to address all aspects of pet ownership and care, as well as plenty of simply fun family stuff to do and see. Other rescues will be attending, the wonderful Dr. Dave from Sarasota Veterinary Center, two very popular caterers, a jeweler whose stall you could happily spend a whole day at, and so much more.
