Comments: Spring Oaks Animal Care Center offers a huge community event called PetOberfest every year in the city of DeLand. This event helps to celebrate the human-animal bond. The date of the event is October 22,2011 and time is from 10 am - 3 pm. The cost to the event is $2.00 and ALL proceeds go the Dog and Cat Cancer fund and to the local charity H.E.L.P Inc.
